We are now accepting vendors for our show on October 24-25, 2026!


Each booth will last the duration of the event, and comes with the following items, per booth.
– One 10 foot x 10 foot booth space
– One 8 foot table (table covering not provided)
– Two chairs
– Two badges of admission

Booths will be assigned at vendor load-in.


Vendor Setup Information


Vendor load-in at the CAMPBELL HALL BUILDING will begin on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 4:00PM and go through 9:00PM. If you are unable to make that time, the convention center will open at 8:00AM on Saturday, October 24, 2026. If you have any other issues or questions, please contact us at Admin@PokeConTX.com.
